Çitil & Güner recently represented a claimant company in an ICC arbitration seated in London. 

The case was a commercial dispute subject to English law, and turned on contractual construction and lack of key documentary evidence. Following a 10-month arbitration proceeding, the claimant was successful in its claim, and was awarded just under US$500,000.

This is a significant milestone that has been reached shortly after Çitil & Güner's first anniversary, and its team now looks forward to continue contributing to the furthering of international arbitration in the coming years.
